Benji has built and scaled experiential programs ranging from intimate executive engagements to multi-city brand activations and enterprise-scale events.

Prior to founding kayneLIVE/ATD Productions, he held sponsorship and experiential leadership roles within major media organizations, developing integrated partnerships tied to properties including the MTV VMAs, BET Awards, GRAMMY Week, and LOGO’s NewNowNext Awards.

More recently, he has led experiential strategy and production initiatives for organizations including Google and WebMD, helping teams navigate the evolution of live, hybrid, and digitally connected experiences.

Benji is known for blending high-concept creative thinking with operational rigor. Translating ambitious ideas into experiences that are emotionally resonant, technically executable, and strategically aligned with business goals.

His background across creative, sponsorship, production, and executive leadership allows him to bridge conversations between C-suite stakeholders, marketers, designers, technical teams, agencies, and production partners.

Benji works primarily remotely, with his time split between Palm Springs, NYC, and Berlin, where he also teaches yoga and is an Airbnb superhost.
